Meeting Estonia's Biathlon Greats in Otepää

Fans will have the opportunity to meet Estonia's biathlon stars during an event in Otepää on March 14.

On Saturday, March 14, fans in Otepää will have the unique chance to meet some of Estonia's renowned biathlon athletes during a meet-and-greet event as part of the ongoing Biathlon World Cup stage. Participants scheduled to attend include Krista Lepik, who has competed in the Albertville and Lillehammer Olympic Games, and Roland Lessing, who previously reached the podium at the Pokljuka World Cup in 2009. Other notable figures include Eveli Saue, a consistent top-10 competitor in World Cup events, and Tõnu Pääsuke, a legendary coach recently awarded a cultural capital lifetime achievement award.

Also joining the event will be Even Tudeberg, a former member of the USSR team, Matti Paavo, who medaled at junior world championships, and Kauri Kõiv, who placed fifth at the Oberhof World Cup in 2014 and currently leads the sport in Estonia. After the meeting, fans will have the opportunity to collect autographs and take photos with these biathlon stars, adding a personal touch to the experience.
