Franciacorta, a renowned wine region in Italy, will celebrate the arrival of spring with the third edition of the Spring Festival on March 14 and 15, 2026. This vibrant event showcases the unique culinary, cultural, and viticultural elements of the area, transforming numerous wineries, restaurants, historic palaces, and guided tours into stations along a thematic journey designed to experience the richness of the region.

The festival's program is structured around three main themes: food, culture, and wine, each reflecting the distinctive traits of Franciacorta. Participants will explore the picturesque wine landscape, the network of charming villages, and the area's impressive historical architecture, all while enjoying a diverse gastronomic scene that beautifully balances tradition with contemporary influences.

A highlight of the culinary offerings includes participation from sixteen local chefs who will engage in a creative culinary challenge featuring a special guest ingredient: the Marennes-Oléron IGP oyster. These chefs will present dishes that honor both the local terroir and the French oyster, further enriching the festival's commitment to showcasing Franciacorta's culinary potential and cultural richness.
