The event held at Politiken's headquarters celebrated the winners of the Media Competition, a contest that invites schoolchildren from 6th to 10th grades to create their own newspapers. This year's competition saw the participation of seven classes, showcasing their journalistic skills and creativity.

The theme of choice, as highlighted by philosopher Søren Kierkegaard, resonated throughout the event, emphasizing the significance of decision-making in journalism and life.
