Kaimar Vagul won the Estonian Ski Jumping Championships for the second time, showcasing his skills despite some concerns about his landing technique.
At the Estonian Ski Jumping Championships held in Otepää, Kaimar Vagul emerged as the champion for the second consecutive time. Without the presence of his teammate Artti Aigro, 18-year-old Vagul was the clear favorite, achieving a remarkable distance of 90.5 meters in the first round and exceeding that mark by one meter in the second round, ultimately securing the victory with a total score of 237 points. Vagul's performance made him stand out, finishing 27 points ahead of second-place Martti Nõmme, while 17-year-old Fred Gustavson claimed third place as a successful Nordic combined athlete.
