A man was shot and killed on Monday night in a housing complex in Macapá, Brazil, after being approached by a group of suspects.

A man, whose identity has not been disclosed, was fatally shot on the night of Monday, November 9, in the Residential São José area of the Novo Buritizal neighborhood in Macapá, Brazil. Reports from residents indicated that multiple gunshots were heard in the vicinity, prompting the response of the military police.

Upon arrival, officers found the victim seriously wounded, and emergency medical services declared him dead at the scene. Witnesses reported that the man was confronted by a group of unidentified individuals near Block 2 of Quadra 4 and was subsequently shot multiple times. So far, no information regarding the motive for the attack has been revealed, leaving the community in shock and fear as the investigation continues.
