Applications are to be submitted exclusively online through the university's website, with a submission window from Tuesday, October 10, to Sunday, October 15. This initiative allows students currently enrolled or on valid leave between 2025 and 2026 to transfer to different courses within the university.
To qualify for the transfer, students must be either enrolled in or on a valid leave from a course awarding bachelor’s, teaching, or technological degrees in Brazilian institutions, whether the courses are offered in-person or online. The notification details the distribution of available spots across various campuses, including 253 at the Cuiabá campus, 80 at Várzea Grande, 253 at Araguaia, and 205 at Sinop. Each applicant is permitted to apply for only one position as specified in the course list provided in the announcement.
