Figure skater Arlet Levandi achieved a personal best score at the Sonja Henie Trophy competition in Norway despite a fall.

Arlet Levandi, an Estonian figure skater, set a new personal record at the Sonja Henie Trophy competition held in Norway. During the event, she performed nearly flawlessly, securing a score of 83.47 points in the short program, which exceeded her previous best of 77.45 points set in November in Estonia. Although she faced a setback with a poorly executed landing on a quadruple toe loop, her successful execution of a triple axel and a 3+3 combination helped solidify her lead going into the free skate.

In the free skate, Levandi encountered a significant blunder with a fall on another quadruple toe loop, but she managed to perform well in all her other jumps. This effort resulted in a score of 161.17 points for the free program, marking another personal best, surpassing her prior record of 152.47 points achieved five years ago in Finland. Together, her combined total of 244.64 points set a new personal benchmark, exceeding her previous best of 228.52 points scored last November in Tallinn.

Levandi's strong performance at the competition not only showcases her improvement and dedication to the sport but also positions her as a formidable competitor on the international figure skating circuit. With her recent achievements, she is set to continue making strides in her career, enhancing the reputation of Estonian figure skating on the global stage.
