Levandi won first place at the home competition, Langerbaur second
Arlet Levandi secured first place at the Tallink Hotels Cup figure skating competition held in Haabersti Ice Hall, with Nataly Langerbaur finishing in second.
The Tallink Hotels Cup figure skating competition took place at Haabersti Ice Hall, showcasing local talent. Arlet Levandi, competing in front of a home crowd, started strong in the short program with a score of 78.08 points, leading by nearly nine points. In the free skate, he added 154.01 points to his total, finishing with a cumulative score of 232.09 points to claim the victory. Croatian competitor Jari Kessler finished in second place, followed closely by Monaco's Davide Lewton Brain.
In the women's category, Nataly Langerbaur initially entered the free skate in third place but improved her standing when she scored an additional 109.73 points, bringing her final score to 168.91 points and securing the second position. Finnish skater Olivia Lisko won the event with a total of 171.54 points, while Sweden's Josefin Taljegard also made it to the podium with a score of 167.32 points. Kristina Lisovskaja attempted to break into the top three but fell just over six points short, as Anita Östlund from Sweden placed in between.
This event reflected the growing popularity of figure skating in Estonia and provided a platform for local skaters to demonstrate their skills.
