The Universsidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG) is concluding its registration process for the ComunICA community preparatory course in Montes Claros, aimed at students preparing for the Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem). This initiative targets candidates who are unable to afford a preparatory course, providing them with an opportunity to enhance their chances for success in this important national exam. The closing date for inscriptions is this Friday, and the course has allocated a total of 100 places for applicants, ensuring a broad access to the preparatory program.

Of the 100 available spots, specific allocations have been made to ensure inclusion within the local community. Ten of these spots are reserved for former students of ComunICA who have continued their participation in the course, while 15 are specifically for UFMG staff, contractors, and their families. The remaining 75 spots are open to the general public, particularly those who completed their secondary education in public schools or are currently enrolled in the final year of high school within the public system. This demonstrates UFMG's commitment to providing educational resources to those most in need within the region.

Interested candidates can apply through a form available on the ComunICA website, with the final list of chosen participants to be published on March 8.
