Helsingin IFK, a prominent Finnish ice hockey team, has announced the significant appointment of Timo Elo as its new Development Director. Elo, who has spent the past eight years as the Director of Youth Sports at Rauman Lukko, is set to begin his new role on May 1. In his new role, Elo will be primarily responsible for overseeing junior contracts, developing competitive player pathways, and enhancing coaching activities for the U18 and U20 age groups.
