The Secretaria Estadual de Educação (SEE) of Pernambuco has announced the availability of 1,100 spots in 21 different sports courses at the Parque Santos Dumont, located in the Boa Viagem neighborhood of Recife. The courses aim to enhance community engagement in sports and physical activities, particularly benefitting children and teenagers ages 5 to 17. Interested participants can register online, and the deadline for registration is set for March 15.

To secure a spot in one of these courses, applicants must provide essential documentation, including identity proof and, for certain courses, additional health-related evaluations. For example, participants in swimming and hydro gymnastics must present dermatological assessments, while elderly applicants will need cardiological evaluations. The enrollment process is designed to be straightforward, with candidates receiving confirmation of their registration via email after document analysis.

The sports offerings range widely, including athletics, swimming, and more, catering to different interests and skill levels among young residents of Recife.
