Pernambuco has announced more than 5,000 free spots available for a Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) course, extending across all Regional Education Management Offices in the state. The registration period began on Thursday and will close on Friday, with the exception of two regions where applications are exclusively online. The classes are set to commence on the following Monday and will be conducted in 55 cities.
