The elderly man has been temporarily sheltered in a neighbor’s room while arrangements are made to assist him further. The severity of the rain in Ceará has been significant, with the municipality of Tauá reporting the highest rainfall in the state, reaching 182 millimeters on the morning of Tuesday, the 3rd.
