A clandestine party held on a boat anchored along the Mapiri waterfront in Santarém, located in western Pará, Brazil, was terminated by the Military Police in the early hours of Sunday. The event had drawn over 40 attendees, comprising both men and women, who were enjoying music and alcoholic beverages. Upon arrival, the police were allowed entry by the boat's owner and began inspecting the partygoers for any illicit items, although none were found.

The event was widely advertised on WhatsApp, attracting more people who arrived in vehicles to join the festivities. However, the police were proactive in addressing the situation and approached these individuals as well. The organizer of the event, identified as Matheus Nunes Diniz, was found to be lacking the required licenses from both the Civil Police and Semma, which are necessary for hosting such gatherings legally. Consequently, he was instructed to cease the event.
