The Steve Biko Cultural Institute is currently accepting applications for its free pre-university course, specifically designed for residents of Bahia who self-identify as Black. The application window is open until March 4, and there are a total of 75 spots available for applicants who have either completed high school or are currently in their final year. Priority is given to those who have attended state public schools, reflecting the Institute's commitment to supporting educational access for underrepresented communities.

To apply, interested candidates must fill out a form available on the Institute's official website and submit required documentation, which includes a payment receipt for a registration fee of R$ 20. Following the application phase, candidates will undergo a written evaluation on March 8, attend informational sessions on March 10 and 11, and participate in interviews on March 13 and 14. The results will be announced on March 17, with the inaugural class scheduled for March 21.
