The frigate Constituição (F-42) of the Brazilian Navy has arrived at the Port of Santos in São Paulo, where it will be open for public visitation on Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM. The ship's crew consists of 179 personnel, including 27 officers and 152 enlisted sailors who are responsible for operating the ship's advanced systems.
