An environmental awareness initiative is set to take place in Rio Branco on Saturday, featuring the distribution of free plant seedlings as part of the Projeto Consciência Limpa. This program, organized by the Fundação Rede Amazônica (Fram) in collaboration with the State Secretary of the Environment (Sema), aims not only to promote environmental consciousness but also to offer various public services such as health consultations, legal advice, debt negotiation assistance, vaccination, and rural environmental registration.

The event will occur at Lago do Amor, starting at 3 PM, and includes an innovative drive-thru system for waste disposal. Participants can bring electronic waste, batteries, and used cooking oil to the site without having to leave their cars, making it convenient for community members to engage in responsible disposal practices. Various recreational activities will also be available, encouraging broader participation from the public.
