Ministry of Labor: The 'map' of payments from e-EFKA and DYPA until March 6
The Greek Ministry of Labor announces the planned payment schedule for e-EFKA and DYPA, totaling €73.597 million to 87,640 beneficiaries between March 2 and March 6.
The Greek Ministry of Labor and Social Security has detailed a payment schedule amounting to €73.597 million that will be disbursed to 87,640 beneficiaries from March 2 to March 6. This includes payments from both the e-EFKA and the Public Employment Service (DYPA). The payments are aimed at providing financial assistance and support to various groups, including those receiving unemployment benefits and maternity leave support.
Specifically, payments from e-EFKA include €297,000 to 340 beneficiaries for auxiliary benefits on March 3, and on March 5, €14.3 million will be distributed among 32,000 beneficiaries for cash benefits such as maternity leave, funeral expenses, and compensation for illness and accidents. Additionally, from March 2 to March 6, €16 million will be allocated to 800 beneficiaries following the issuance of lump-sum payment decisions.
From DYPA, a total of €20 million is planned for distribution to 33,000 beneficiaries in the form of unemployment and other benefits. There will also be €1 million allocated for 1,500 mothers for subsidized maternity leave, and €22 million directed towards 20,000 beneficiaries as part of subsidized employment programs. This structured financial support reflects the government's ongoing commitment to assist citizens during challenging times, enhancing their economic stability and employment opportunities.
