After falling behind 0-2 in the first set, the 25-year-old Malõgina rallied to win four consecutive games, ultimately claiming the first set 6-4. This remarkable comeback demonstrated her resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
The momentum shifted positively for Malõgina as she continued her winning streak into the second set, winning five games in a row from the start. Although Radivojevic managed to secure a single game later in the set, Malõgina quickly sealed the match with a decisive win of 6-1, showcasing her dominance throughout the contest.
