The intended funding is expected to be 50 times greater than the average public investment of R$ 13.7 million annually in this segment from 2020 to 2025, highlighting a substantial escalation in financial commitment to infrastructure in this region.

In recent years, public investments on the Vilhena-Porto Velho axis have accumulated to R$ 82.5 million, with notable allocations earmarked for the reconstruction of the highway's pavement, including a reserve of R$ 319 million intended for 2026.
