Following that, he became the president of Media Today, served as a permanent representative for the Citizens' Coalition for Democratic Media, and was the chairman of the Korea Broadcasting Culture Promotion Association. In addition to the new appointment, the foundation honored former chairman Cho Seong-ho by appointing him an honorary chairman and elevated former honorary chairman Lee Boo-young to a position as advisor. This organizational restructuring reflects a continuation of leadership in promoting free press activities, which are crucial in the current media landscape.
