The construction of the Cetas cancer hospital, officially known as the Centro de Atendimento Avançado de Saúde – Oncologia e Nefrologia, is progressing rapidly and has now entered the critical roofing stage. This advancement marks a significant achievement in the project timeline, following the completion of the concrete structure. The roofing phase is among the final steps in the general construction process, which prepares the building for subsequent internal finishing stages.

Once completed, the Cetas hospital is set to become a key facility for specialized care in oncology and nephrology, not only serving the residents of Poços de Caldas but also extending its services to an additional 23 municipalities in the surrounding regions of Poços and Itajubá. This will significantly enhance the healthcare capacity for cancer patients, providing them with the necessary care and treatment closer to home.
