The City Hall of Poços de Caldas has revealed plans to construct 256 new housing units in a bid to enhance access to housing and improve the quality of life for local families. This initiative is expected to benefit around one thousand individuals, addressing the housing shortage and promoting social inclusion within the community. Out of the planned housing units, 208 will be built in the São Sebastião neighborhood, adjacent to the Cohab swimming complex, while 48 units will be established in the Vila Matilde area. This strategic allocation of housing reflects the city's commitment to ensuring that various neighborhoods benefit from new developments, aiming to create a more inclusive urban environment. The investment not only aims to provide homes but also to foster a sense of community and belonging among residents.
