The Government of Rondônia is actively seeking applicants for artistic and cultural projects under the Aldir Blanc National Policy, especially focusing on the edital nº 10/2025, titled "Culture and Creativity: Transforming Rondônia." This initiative aims to allocate over R$ 2 million for 56 projects in areas such as audiovisual and digital culture, visual arts, and fashion. The goal is to promote local cultural production and enhance creative expressions in the state.

Eligible participants include individuals over 18 years old, micro-entrepreneurs (MEIs), legal entities with or without profit motives, and cultural collectives, provided they have resided in Rondônia for at least two years. Each cultural agent can submit up to two projects, although only one will receive funding. The guidelines specifically exclude participation from public servants associated with Sejucel, selection committee members, political authorities, and those with pending issues from previous state grants, ensuring a fair selection process.
