The Social Development Secretary of Salgueiro in the Pernambuco hinterland has announced the opening of registrations for a free basic baking course. The course is offered in collaboration with SENAI (National Service of Industrial Learning) and aims to teach participants the fundamentals of baking, including the production of bread, cakes, and other baked goods. There are 25 spots available for interested individuals.

Registrations for the course are open until Tuesday, January 24, and can be completed at the Cadastro Único/Bolsa Família headquarters located in Praça Benjamin Soares in the city center. The course is scheduled to take place from February 25 to March 5, providing a valuable opportunity for local residents to learn new skills that could enhance their employment opportunities in the food sector.
