SENAI-MA opens positions for training in the bakery sector in São Luís
SENAI-MA is offering a bakery training course in São Luís, with classes starting February 25th.
The National Service for Industrial Learning of Maranhão (SENAI-MA) has announced the opening of registrations for a new course focused on bread production aimed at professional training in the bakery sector. The course will be held at the SENAI Monte Castelo facility in São Luís, with registration open until February 23rd. Classes are scheduled to commence on February 25 and will run until March 18, taking place on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays for a total of 10 days.
The training program includes both traditional and modern baking techniques, preparing participants to produce various types of bread, including sweet and savory options. This includes the French loaf, brioches, Italian and Australian breads, as well as fermented products like esfirras and pizzas. Additionally, the course will cover pricing strategies for bakery products, providing a comprehensive foundation for individuals interested in pursuing a career in this field.
Enrollment is conducted in person at the SENAI Monte Castelo location. Prospective students must present identification (RG and CPF) and proof of residence to complete their registration, ensuring a straightforward process for those wishing to enhance their skills in the bakery sector.
