The retail chain sends a reminder to customers: there is only one week left to do it
The Maxima retail chain in Lithuania highlights the benefits of its loyalty card program and encourages customers to take advantage before a deadline.
Maxima, a prominent retail chain in Lithuania, has issued a reminder to its customers about the benefits of their "Ačiū" loyalty card program. With over 1.9 million holders, the "Ačiū" card is the most widely used loyalty card in the country. The card allows customers to earn loyalty points that can be used as financial returns, amounting to approximately 1.8 million euros being credited to members monthly. Customers earn 1% back on each purchase made, which can significantly reduce their overall spending in future transactions.
A representative from Maxima, Titas Atraškevičius, emphasized the tangible financial benefits of the loyalty program and noted that daily, over 300,000 customers utilize the "Ačiū" card. This initiative not only incentivizes repeat shopping but also encourages a closer relationship between the retailer and its customers. Customers can easily check their loyalty points through the personalized "Ačiū" account, the Maxima smart app, or directly at checkout counters, enhancing their shopping experience.
As the deadline approaches, the company is urging cardholders to make the most out of this program, which is especially beneficial in today’s economic climate, where consumers are constantly seeking ways to save money. The continuation and success of the "Ačiū" loyalty program highlights Maxima's commitment to customer satisfaction and its strategy to maintain a competitive edge in the retail market.
