According to Snieguolė Valiaugaitė, the head of the communications and corporate relations department at 'Maxima', the promotion has generated a mix of inquiries from customers despite most being familiar with the terms. Many shoppers have queries regarding the specifics of which products are eligible for the discount and whether the promotion is available across all 'Maxima' locations. Additionally, queries about whether pet food falls under the non-food category and the staffing at cash registers due to increased customer volume have also been raised.
