Anticipating a turnout of approximately 260,000 people around the concert site, which has a seating capacity of only 34,000, the police have designated over ten senior officers to oversee the event and are coordinating with the Seoul Transportation Corporation to request non-stop subway service at three key stations to manage influx effectively.

The police have categorized the concert area into four zones based on crowd density risks, further splitting these into 15 sub-zones, each managed by senior officers. They plan to establish controlled entry points and manage crowds outside the designated viewing areas to prevent bottlenecks. Additionally, multiple law enforcement teams will monitor for ticket fraud, scalping, and other potential crimes, with thorough strategies in place for both prevention and response.

To ensure minimal disruption to the public, traffic around the concert venue will be closely monitored and controlled on event day, with accurate information disseminated through electronic road signs. The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency has emphasized their commitment to public safety, asserting that they will continually refine and enhance safety measures in collaboration with organizers and related agencies leading up to the concert date.
