Candidates are required to hold at least a master's degree or an equivalent qualification, alongside a minimum of five years of administrative work experience in organizational leadership or as a senior manager in one of the regulated sectors. Furthermore, applicants must demonstrate knowledge of public service regulatory issues, and possess insights into the legislation governing these sectors, as well as competencies in financial/investment management, accounting, and legal matters. Proficiency in Latvian at the C1 level and fluency in at least two foreign languages, including English at the B2 level, are also prerequisites for applicants.
