A new public spa and sauna center is set to be developed in the Telliskivi area, a popular tourist destination in Tallinn, Estonia. Planned to occupy 2000 square meters, the center will be established in a renovated industrial building and aims to operate year-round. The renovation is scheduled to commence in the spring or summer of this year, with completion expected in early 2028. Telliskivi, located in the Kalamaja district, is celebrated for its bohemian atmosphere and abundant café and restaurant options, including the well-loved F-Hoone, favored by many Finns.

The new facility is designed to offer a variety of services, including different sauna experiences, a swimming pool area, relaxation zones, massage and treatment rooms, and a rooftop terrace that will remain open throughout the year.
