On February 14, the government of Naucalpan is set to commence hydraulic concrete rehabilitation works on the lateral of Periférico Norte, which directs traffic toward Mexico City. The work will affect a stretch of 3.2 kilometers, spanning from Circunvalación (Los Viveros) to Baden Powell, near Parque Naucalli. Due to the extensive nature of these repairs, motorists are advised to plan their routes and travel times in advance to mitigate traffic disruptions.

The construction is expected to last approximately two months, during which significant traffic complications may arise, particularly during peak hours. The municipal authorities are urging the public to stay informed via official channels for updates on the progress of the works and any adjustments to traffic flow that may occur. This intervention aims to improve the overall condition of the Periférico Norte, which has been in need of reconstruction.

So far, the initial month of works has seen approximately 28% completion of the reconstruction efforts. As the project moves forward, it is critical for drivers to remain vigilant about potential delays and to use alternative routes where possible to ease congestion during this rehabilitation period.
