According to the report, both the ambulance and the truck ended up off the roadway post-collision. The impact was severe enough to cause the ambulance to roll over, resulting in the paramedics discovering the unfortunate patient already deceased inside the vehicle. Meanwhile, the ambulance driver suffered multiple injuries and was trapped within the wreckage, requiring a rescue operation that took approximately two hours due to the structural damage of the ambulance.

After being extricated, the driver was stabilized and transported to an emergency facility for medical care.
