A tragic traffic accident in Curvelândia, Mato Grosso, claimed the life of a 54-year-old man when his car collided head-on with a truck. According to reports from the Military Police, the truck driver was traveling in the direction of Caramujo-Curvelândia when the car unexpectedly swerved into his lane while making a turn. Footage of the incident shows the moment the car crossed into oncoming traffic, leaving no time for the truck driver to react and avoid the collision.

The impact was severe, as the truck was carrying fuel, causing the car to be dragged for several meters following the crash. The car's driver was trapped in the wreckage and was pronounced dead at the scene, as emergency services, including the Fire Department, were called to recover the body. The Official and Technical Identification Police (Politec) also responded to the crash site to assist in the investigation.
