The Latvian company LDz Cargo has announced the temporary appointment of Raimonds Freimanis as the chairman of its board, effective from February 9, following the decision of the current chairman, Alģirds Miķelsons, to change his professional direction. In tandem with this leadership change, the company's board has appointed a temporary board member, Artūrs Cīrulis, who will join the board on February 23 to ensure the continuity of board operations after Miķelsons' departure. Additionally, the company plans to initiate the selection process for permanent board members by forming a nominations committee soon.
