A new quarter is rising in Justiniškės: the choice of housing is exceptional
A new residential quarter is being developed in Justiniškės, featuring various apartment options aimed at diverse living and investment needs.
At the beginning of the year, construction commenced for the first phase of a new residential quarter in Justiniškės, with two apartment buildings currently under construction. These buildings will feature a total of 83 apartments that prospective residents can choose from, ranging from one to four rooms, many complete with balconies or terraces. The design of the apartments has been carefully curated by designers to maximize space efficiency, even in the smaller units, which include designated areas functioning as a one-and-a-half-room solution.
The project also offers unique features for residents, such as private landscaped yards of up to 1.5 ares for ground floor residents and exceptional apartments that boast picturesque roof terraces or impressive ceiling heights of up to 5.35 meters. The location is particularly appealing to those seeking tranquility while still wanting to remain close to the city, making it attractive for both families and individuals.
Over the past decade, the area around the Buivydiškių ponds has developed into a new residential zone characterized by well-established infrastructure, convenient transport links, and ample opportunities for an active and healthy lifestyle. This development reflects a growing trend towards modern, thoughtfully designed living spaces in quieter, suburban settings near urban amenities.
