In the development of the 'Piliamestis' neighborhood in Kaunas, the company YIT Lietuva emphasizes the importance of investing not only in buildings but also in creating a well-rounded environment. The newly planned six-story building will achieve an A++ energy efficiency rating, providing apartments ranging from 40 to 121 square meters, with pricing starting at 3,735 EUR per square meter.
