Another new house in one of the most popular neighborhoods in Kaunas

A new residential building is being developed in a popular neighborhood in Kaunas, focusing on long-term value and architectural coherence.

In the development of the 'Piliamestis' neighborhood in Kaunas, the company YIT Lietuva emphasizes the importance of investing not only in buildings but also in creating a well-rounded environment. The CEO, Kęstutis Vanagas, mentions that a strong infrastructure and community are vital for ensuring comfort for current residents and increasing the long-term value of the property. The new 'Nemunėlio' house marks the fourth building in this phase of development, which includes a total of 132 apartments and three commercial spaces.

Currently, two houses named 'Neries' and 'Nemuno' have already been completed, while a third, 'Nevėžio,' is under construction with 60% of its apartments already sold. This development phase is part of a larger plan to enhance the neighborhood, with buildings named after rivers, thus promoting the area's architectural identity. The newly planned six-story building will achieve an A++ energy efficiency rating, providing apartments ranging from 40 to 121 square meters, with pricing starting at 3,735 EUR per square meter.

The project reflects a broader trend in urban development in Lithuania, focusing on sustainable living environments that prioritize both energy efficiency and community building. As demand for housing continues to grow in Kaunas, such developments are crucial for accommodating new residents while also enhancing property values in the area. This aligns with the rising expectations for modern residential living, making the 'Piliamestis' project a significant addition to the city's real estate landscape.
