A truck from the Federal Highway Police (PRF) is set to provide free health and social assistance services in Serrinha, Brazil, from October 9 to 12.
The Federal Highway Police (PRF) will operate a truck in Serrinha, located 70 km from Feira de Santana, offering free health and social assistance services to local residents from October 9 to 12. The services will be available in three shifts, with operating hours from 8 AM to 12 PM, 2 PM to 5 PM, and 7 PM to 9 PM, at Praça Luiz Nogueira. Access will be based on a first-come, first-served basis, requiring residents to procure a ticket for service. Among the various services offered are dental procedures, medical consultations, physical therapy, nutrition, and psychological support, alongside essential health checks like blood sugar testing, blood pressure monitoring, vaccinations, and preventive exams. This initiative aims to cater to a wide array of health needs within the community, promoting overall wellness through accessible medical care. In addition to health services, the program will provide support for the Bolsa Família program, social services, and legal assistance. Residents will need to present an identity document (RG) and their enrollment card in the Social Security system to receive services, ensuring inclusive access to necessary care and support for individuals in Serrinha, reflecting the commitment of PRF to community service and social welfare.
