In May, a new restaurant named Momento will open in Bordighera, located in the extreme western part of Liguria, close to the French border. This venture is spearheaded by acclaimed chefs Enrico Marmo and Jacopo Rosti, along with sommelier Giuliano Revello, and the project marks a culmination of nearly a decade of collaboration in various locations including Ventimiglia, Castelnuovo Berardenga, and La Morra, before returning to the Ligurian coast. The restaurant will be situated on Lungomare Argentina, a scenic waterfront promenade that perfectly sets the tone for the dining experience.

The design of Momento emphasizes a close connection with the sea, featuring tables just meters from the water, and a bright, inviting atmosphere. The culinary approach is rooted in the team's previous successes at Balzi Rossi in Ventimiglia, where they gained a Michelin star and established themselves as a key destination for both Italian and French clientele.
