Notification on March 23

Hana Financial Group has signed an MOU to support out-of-school youth, while a medal design contest for the national sports competition is announced in Jeju.

On March 20, Hana Financial Group entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Korea Economic Association, the Korea Youth Counseling and Welfare Institute, and the Korean Educational Broadcasting System to collaboratively support out-of-school youth. This initiative, called 'Youth Love YOUTH BRIDGE', aims to provide assistance for the healthy independence of these young individuals by addressing issues of psychological and social isolation. Each organization committed to proactively work towards solving the challenges faced by out-of-school youth as part of this social contribution project.

Additionally, the Jeju Island government alongside the Korean Sports Council announced an open design competition for medals, set to take place from May 1 to May 5, as part of the preparations for the 107th National Sports Festival scheduled for October 16 to 22. This competition is open to anyone interested, and it is intended to engage the community creatively in the run-up to the significant sporting event. Interested participants can visit the dedicated website, jejusports.kr, for more information and submission guidelines.

These initiatives reflect a broader effort to foster youth development and cultural engagement in South Korea, particularly focusing on those who may be marginalized or facing challenges. By promoting collaboration among various sectors, the efforts aim not only to uplift individual young people but also to cultivate a sense of solidarity and community involvement ahead of major national events.
