Five candidate lists have been officially registered for the upcoming elections at the Public College of Law in Buenos Aires, Argentina. These elections, set for April, will determine the leadership of this key institution, which is responsible for electing a representative to the National Council of the Judiciary. More than 89,500 lawyers are eligible to participate in the voting process, which will take place on April 21 and 22 at the college's main office.

The Electoral Board announced that the official lists include fifteen main candidates and their alternates for the Board of Directors, along with an equal number for the Disciplinary Tribunal. Additionally, there will be candidates for the Assembly of Delegates, which corresponds to one representative for every two hundred, or part thereof, of the total number of registered lawyers. The candidate lists adhere to a gender parity principle, ensuring a 50/50 representation with alternation in their composition.
