Reports indicate that the ticket counters located at the main entrance of Rourkela station and one counter at the secondary entrance are completely dominated by brokers during the peak hours for immediate ticket requests. This organized hoarding of tickets is directly affecting regular passengers, forcing them to resort to buying tickets at exorbitant prices from brokers, rather than through legitimate channels.
