Colonel Tomasz Wiktorowicz, spokesperson for the Mazovian Military Gendarmerie, confirmed that the individual was indeed a member of the Polish Army. The spokesperson emphasized that the soldier was off duty at the time of the incident.

Now, the case has been taken up by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw-Ursynów, which will conduct an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
