Delegates of Sicoob Credip are summoned for the Ordinary General Assembly

Sicoob Credip has announced its Ordinary General Assembly scheduled for April 30, 2026, calling for delegates from several Brazilian states to participate.

Sicoob Credip, a cooperative registered in Brazil, has officially called its Ordinary General Assembly (AGO) to be held on April 30, 2026, at its administrative headquarters in Pimenta Bueno. The assembly will gather delegates from the states of Rondônia, Amazonas, and Mato Grosso, representing over 170,000 cooperative members. This assembly serves as an essential platform for participation and transparency in the cooperative movement, as highlighted by the cooperative’s marketing communications.

During this assembly, delegates will endorse decisions made in previous sectional meetings, known as pre-assemblies, which took place in the operational regions of the cooperative. Key topics will include the financial statements for the year 2025, the allocation of profits accrued during the period, and various other administrative matters laid out in the agenda. The decisions made during the AGO are pivotal for the cooperative's direction and governance.

Oberdan Pandolfi Ermita, the president of the Board of Directors of Sicoob Credip, emphasized that the assembly is one of the most critical moments for the cooperative. It is through this process that members have the opportunity to engage, voice their opinions, and contribute to the cooperative's strategic decisions. Such gatherings not only foster transparency but also strengthen the ties between the cooperative and its members, ensuring that the collective interests are upheld.
