Delegates of Sicoob Credip are summoned for the Ordinary General Assembly

Sicoob Credip has announced the convening of its Ordinary General Assembly, set for April 30, 2026, to discuss key administrative matters.

Sicoob Credip, a cooperative organization, has issued a notice to summon its delegates for the Ordinary General Assembly (AGO) scheduled for April 30, 2026. This assembly, taking place at the cooperative's administrative headquarters in Pimenta Bueno, is expected to gather delegates from Rondônia, Amazonas, and Mato Grosso, representing over 170,000 members. The inclusion of representatives from diverse regions highlights the cooperative's commitment to transparency and participation within its structure.

During the AGO, delegates will validate decisions that were previously outlined in sectional meetings known as pre-assemblies. These pre-assemblies engaged cooperative members in discussions pertaining to various topics, including the financial report for the fiscal year 2025 and the allocation of surplus funds earned during that period. The collective decision-making process is central to the cooperative model, which fosters collaboration and democratic governance among its members.

According to Oberdan Pandolfi Ermita, the president of Sicoob Credip's Board of Directors, the AGO is considered one of the most significant moments in the cooperative's governance. This emphasis on inclusive dialogue and accountability reflects the broader principles of cooperativism, aiming to ensure that all members have a voice in the direction and financial stewardship of the organization. The upcoming assembly is poised to reinforce these values and adapt to the evolving needs of its members across multiple states in Brazil.
