Sicredi Calls Assemblies to Define Strategic Directions for 2026
Sicredi cooperatives are inviting members to participate in assemblies to discuss the outcomes of 2025 and set strategic directions for 2026.
Sicredi cooperatives from Campo Grande MS/GO and Sicredi União MS/TO and Oeste da Bahia are holding assemblies throughout March 2026, inviting members to engage in decision-making processes that will guide the organization’s next management cycle. During these assemblies, participants will have the opportunity to vote on significant issues, including financial accountability and future directives, thus strengthening the cooperative's democratic governance.
In addition to outlining results and deliberating on institutional agendas, the 2026 assemblies aim to emphasize social commitment. Recently, the two Sicredi cooperatives in Campo Grande funded a new Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the Alfredo Abrão Cancer Hospital (HCAA), featuring 20 modern and well-equipped beds. This enhancement increases the hospital’s capacity to treat patients and ensures a safer, more comfortable environment for oncology treatments.
These assemblies not only focus on strategic business decisions but also highlight the cooperatives' dedication to social responsibility and community health. By involving members in governance and supporting healthcare initiatives, Sicredi exemplifies the principles of cooperation and social welfare, which are fundamental to its mission as a collective organization.
