The city of Araraquara conducted the 9th Regional Campaign 'Together Against Dengue' organized by the municipality's Health Secretariat and Environmental Health Surveillance division. This initiative aims to combat the Aedes aegypti mosquito, the well-known transmitter of dengue, zika, and chikungunya diseases. On the campaign day, teams actively engaged in the Jardim São Rafael II area and other neighborhoods, focusing on removing materials that could harbor mosquitoes and educating residents about preventive measures.

Throughout the campaign, significant results were reported, including the active inspection of 1,380 properties, the elimination of 402 potential breeding sites, and the removal of 8,250 kilograms of waste materials.
