The shopping center 'Sky&More' in Riga has been sold to a real estate group, 'Realto', which aims to enhance its offerings and competitive position in the retail market.
In early March, the real estate group 'Realto' signed a contract to acquire a stake in 'Skai Pluss', the owner of the shopping center 'Sky&More' located in Duntes street, Riga. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed by representatives of 'Skai Pluss', which, until now, was owned in equal parts by Aivars Rubenis and Andris Lontons. The new ownership aims to continue ongoing development projects and progressively improve the tenant and service offerings at 'Sky&More', indicating a new phase of development intended to strengthen the center's position in Riga's retail segment and enhance its competitiveness.
