Petrobras and Senai have launched a new training program offering 60 scholarships for young people in Salvador in Information and Communication Technologies.
Petrobras and the National Service for Industrial Learning (Senai) have opened registrations for a new phase of the 'Autonomy and Income Petrobras' program, which focuses on training in Information and Telecommunications Technologies. This program aims to equip young individuals with essential skills for the growing tech industry.
In this round, there are 60 available spots for young people aged 17 to 22 from Salvador, offering a scholarship of R$ 706 per month for the duration of 10 months. Eligible applicants must have completed or be currently pursuing their high school studies and have a family income per capita of up to one minimum wage, which targets economically disadvantaged segments of the population.
The registration process can be completed online until 23:59 on April 13, and for those who may face difficulties, Senai units will provide assistance and guidance for completing the registration. The courses are expected to commence on April 27, with two classes of 30 students each in both morning and afternoon sessions, contributing significantly to youth employment opportunities in the region.
