Senai-DF in Brazil has opened registration for over 6,105 free technical and qualification course vacancies for the second trimester of 2026.
The National Service of Industrial Learning of the Federal District (Senai-DF) has announced that it has opened 6,105 free vacancies for technical and qualification courses aimed at preparing students for the job market. Registration started on Monday, June 16, and will remain open until June 15, with enrollment being conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. The opportunities are varied and range from short qualification courses to longer technical training, allowing participants to acquire new skills or enhance existing ones.
The courses offered include qualification programs lasting between 160 to 460 hours, aimed at introducing students into the workforce; improvement courses ranging from 8 to 159 hours, designed to develop or update specific competencies; and technical courses that last between 800 to 1,200 hours, which provide a more comprehensive education over a period of one to one and a half years. This diverse range ensures that students can find appropriate training to fit their career goals.
These free vocational education opportunities are distributed across several regions in Brasília, including the Graphic Industries Sector, Gama, Taguatinga, and Sobradinho. The allotment includes 775 vacancies for improvement courses (both in-person and hybrid) and 5,080 positions for technical courses. Such initiatives are crucial as they aim to enhance the professional qualifications of individuals in the region, contributing to better employment prospects and supporting the local economy.
